You and Shree Ram Auto Garage will each comply with all laws, rules and regulations, if any, applicable in connection with the performance of their respective obligations under this Agreement.
There are mechanisms available to you to resolve any dispute, conflict, claim or controversy arising out of or broadly in connection with or relating to the services or these Terms, including those relating to its validity, its construction or its enforceability or with the services provided (any “Dispute”). You agree and acknowledge that you must raise any Dispute with the services or the services provided is practicable, but no later than 30 days from the date of the Dispute arises. If you fail to raise a Dispute within 30 days from the initial occurrence of such Dispute, Shree Ram Auto Garage shall be under no obligation to resolve such Dispute.
Except as otherwise set forth in these Terms, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its rules on conflicts of laws.
In the event of a Dispute, both parties shall pursue final and binding arbitration and the venue of the arbitration shall be Surat. Any proceedings, including documents and briefs submitted by the parties, and correspondence, order, and awards issued by an arbitrator, shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent from the other party unless: (i) the disclosure to the third party is reasonably required in the context of conducting the arbitration proceedings; and (ii) the third party agrees unconditionally in writing to be bound by the confidentiality obligation set out in these Terms
Any delay in or failure of performance by Shree Ram Auto Garage under this Agreement will not be considered a breach of this Agreement and will be excused to the extent caused by any occurrence beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Act of God, outbreak of diseases, power outages, failures of the internet, failures of banking or any other unforeseeable event.
For the purposes of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and rules and regulations thereunder, the grievance officer of Shree Ram Auto Garage shall be:

You may not assign or transfer these Terms in whole or in part without Shree Ram Auto Garage’s prior written approval. You give your approval to Shree Ram Auto Garage for it to assign or transfer these Terms in whole or in part, including to: (i) a subsidiary or affiliate; (ii) an acquirer of Shree Ram Auto Garage’s equity, business or assets; or (iii) a successor by merger.
No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between You, Shree Ram Auto Garage or any service provider as a result of the contract between You and Shree Ram Auto Garage or use of the Services.
